Follow The Tech uses a one-time access code. The technician can see your screen only after the endpoint agent claims the code and joins the approved relay session.

Enter the code from your technician.
The code expires quickly and is tied to one repair session. You can stop the session from the endpoint app or ask the technician to disconnect.
Frame capture and input controls move through the K8s relay with signed session grants.
